Handling, Packing, Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping prices reflect our minimum order quantity (MOQ) which ranges from 50 to 1000 units depending on the product that interests you.  MOQ is usually 250-500.

UK mainland: From only £3 (up to a maximum of £14.99 for standard delivery)

 

International: From £14.99 per order

The Keyring Store Delivery Policy:

Packages are generally despatched within 2-3 working days for stock items^ after receipt of payment.  Items manufactured to your specifications are usually available for despatch within 3-5 weeks of ordering (contact us for an accurate indication, depening on product being ordered).  Some products will show an approximate prediction of lead time on the product information page.

 

Orders are sent by either UPS, FedEx or Royal Mail Recorded, depending on the product being ordered.  Express delivery options are available on request.  Standard delivery is usually delivered within 3-4 days of despatch and Express delivery is usually delivered within 1 day of despatch (for delivery to UK).  Standard delivery times to international destinations will vary from 7 to 21 days depending on the destination (express delivery of 2-3 days is available to most international destinations at additional cost).

 

The cost of UK delivery varies between £4.99 and a maximum of £14.99 for standard delivery on a sliding scale based on weight (excludes locations outside the UK mainland). Priority delivery is usually available as an optional extra.

 

The delivery charge is not fully updated in your cart until your reach the "delivery" stage in the ordering process. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order for the best value shipping price and reduced waste of packaging. Shipping fees will apply separately for two or more distinct orders placed separately.

How to return a faulty item -faulty on receipt:
You have 14 days to return a faulty item for replacement or refund.

Please first contact once you receive the item and explain the problem you’re experiencing.  We can arrange with you for it to be returned within 28 days of receipt but please contact us before this to arrange return. If after we contact you, it appears you still need to return/exchange the item, we will provide you with a RMA (returns number) and advise you (depending on your location and item value) how to return the item. Where items receive manufacturers guarantee (only where stated and only for customers in the UK), please contact us (not the manufacturer) of that item and we will arrange for you to return the item to us. We will issue a replacement item or a credit note at our discretion (dependent on the nature of the fault and stock levels) although you may choose to have a credit note in place of a replacement item.  Manufacturer guarantees do not apply to customers whose address is outside the UK.  Note a money-back guarantee applies for the first 14 days after you receive an item (same as an unwanted order).  The subsequent 14 days we will issue a replacement or credit note, dependent on stock availability.

 

How to return an unwanted order (UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia & NZ only):
You have 7 days to return an unwanted stock only item for refund.

NOTE: ANY ITEM SPECIAL-ORDERED OR CUSTOMISED IN ANY WAY IS EXCLUDED FROM THIS.  WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASE OF A PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE TO PREVIEW YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE FULLY COMMITTING.

You have 7 days in which to return the item. If you decide you no longer would like the item(s) in your order, please first contact us. We will advise where to send your return. Please enclose your original invoice (or a photocopy). Please return the goods in the same condition in which you received them (intact condition –where items are blister packaged these should not have been opened).  If you have ordered multiple items which are the same, we will accept one item opened for your inspection but will not accept an order returned if all (identical) items have been opened for inspection.  Goods are returned at your cost and we recommend they are sent by recorded delivery/courier as appropriate, as proof of postage. Once we receive the item(s) in good condition we will refund the cost of the item(s). We can issue a credit note instead (at your discretion).  EXCLUDES CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS OF NON-STOCK ITEMS.

^ =Working days & hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm excluding UK public holidays. No orders are processed between 23-26 Dec or when a notice is occasionally posted to advise of possible shipping delays (this information would appear before finalising your order).

Special and bulk orders (outside this online store) are excluded from our delivery policy and listed charges. Free delivery does not apply to special or bulk orders.
